Eric is the President and founder of Colony Parks, a leading provider of safe, affordable housing in strategic growth markets nationwide. Over his illustrious 18-year career in real estate, Eric has personally closed over $1 billion in commercial and multi-family transactions. Being such an integral part in over 300 transactions has helped shape his vast knowledge of acquisitions, operations, and dispositions translating to exceptional value for his partners and shareholders.

Throughout his career, Eric has been recognized numerous times by Real Estate Forum Magazine’s “50 Under 40” and “30 Under 30” as one of the “Best & Brightest Young Professionals in the Commercial Real Estate industry”

Eric graduated from the University of San Diego with a Bachelor degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Real Estate. He lives in Newport Beach, CA with his wife Jessica, daughter Ella, and son Preston. In his free time he enjoys surfing, tennis, and swimming.
